Brief Posting Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Construction Project Representative with public and private development project experience to be a part of our growing Construction Services Practice. This position will be based out of our St Paul, MN office at is seasonal in nature.
Responsibilities for this position include observing construction on a variety of Civil, Transportation, and Municipal infrastructure projects to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications, documenting the day-to-day field activities, material sampling and testing, and measuring of quantities. This position will also prepare for and conduct preconstruction, progress, and conflict resolution meetings, negotiate and prepare change orders, and effectively interact and communicate with clients, contractors, and other SEH personnel. While in the office work may include design or CAD activities, assisting with proposal development, estimating project budgets and schedules, and completing constructability reviews of project plans, depending on workload and ability of the candidate.
